Requesting ICT support for an event

  • Submit a request via the servicedesk including key information - event date, time, equipment requirements, location.

  • If the event is outside of normal working hours, please ensure adequate notice is given so we can do our best to accommodate your request. (some requests may need to be approved by Andy).

  • The request will be reviewed and assigned to a technician to attend the event. If any preparation is required beforehand please ensure you include this information in your request.
