BYOD loan machines for students

The ICT office has 35 HP laptops available to loan out to students for classroom use. Junior college students take priority with the distribution of these machines. The machines are issued from the ICT office under a bar-code scanning system under each students name. Students are encouraged to borrow a machine from the beginning of the day are then return it at the end of the day. Laptops must be returned on the same day they are issued to someone in the ICT office, or if the office is closed they must be taken to reception.
